Responsibilities

• Tutoring Sessions: Conduct individualized tutoring sessions, both in-person and online, based on the specific needs and learning goals of each student.
• Subject Expertise: Provide expert assistance in various subjects, including but not limited to mathematics, science, language arts, history, and test preparation.
• Customized Lesson Plans: Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the learning style and pace of each student.
• Progress Monitoring: Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents/guardians, and the company’s management team regarding students’ performance and any necessary adjustments to the tutoring program.
• Time Management: Manage your tutoring schedule efficiently to accommodate both in-person and online sessions, ensuring punctuality and consistency.
• Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and teaching methodologies to continually improve your tutoring skills.

Qualifications

• University student in a known university in Dar es salaam, or fresh graduate.
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of various ages and backgrounds.
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for online tutoring.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
