Technical Manager – Electronics & CCTV Systems

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing technical operations within the electronic security sector, specifically CCTV systems and CCTV VMS (Video Management Systems).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and VMS systems.
• Manage a team of technicians and ensure high-performance standards in project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic systems.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in the electronic security sector with a focus on CCTV and VMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and IP-based security systems.
• Certification in CCTV or VMS systems (e.g., Axis, Hikvision, Milestone).
• Additional experience in radio communications (e.g., PTT systems) is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
