Summary

Team Leader Equipment will be responsible for developing sales strategic plan that expand the customer data base, provides accurate sales forecasts, and increase sales volume as per company sales objectives, monitor team members’ participation to ensure everyone has proper training in sales aspects and products specification.

Responsibilities

  • Selling both new and demonstration cars
  • Selling and Rental of Toyota Forklift
  • Selling of Forklift Spare Part
  • Demonstrating vehicles to customers, including taking them for drives.
  • Reporting to the vehicle Sales Manager on activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Meeting customers face to face and holding sales discussions with them.
  • Meeting customer upcountry face to face and holding sales discussions with them and sales.
  • Competitors Analysis report and Market information and Market opportunities update
  • Participate in company organized marketing events.
  • Computer Knowledge, CRM database to be entered correctly in the system with full contact
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  • Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing sales.
  • Following-up telephone inquiries, walk in prospects and emails inquiries.
  • Arranging appointments with customer/potential Leads.
  • Preparing car purchase packages.
  • Cold calling up qualified sales prospects.
  • Delivering vehicles to customers.
  • Submitting weekly Report to sales & Marketing Director.

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field

Requirements

  • 5 Years of experience in sales and team management
  • Knowledge on Equipment Activity (Trucks, Forklift)
  • Fluent in English & Kiswahili both spoken and written
  • Great customer service skills • Organizational and time management skill
