Key reaponsibilities:

– Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Africa Lead Institute’s executive team to develop and execute strategies that will enhance our leadership programs and expand our reach across the continent.

– Resource Mobilization: Identify and secure financial, intellectual, and material resources to support the institute’s programs. This includes engaging with donors, corporations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

– Program Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative leadership training programs tailored to the unique needs of young African leaders.

– Impact Measurement: Collaborate on the development of metrics and tools to measure the effectiveness and impact of leadership programs, ensuring continuous improvement.

– Brand Ambassadorship: Act as an ambassador for Africa Lead Institute, representing our mission and values at high-profile events, conferences, and in media engagements.

– Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and strategic advice to young leaders, leveraging your experience and networks to foster their growth and success.

Qualifications:

– A Bachalor or a Master’s degree in Leadership, Business, International Relations, or a related field.

– A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a demonstrated commitment to leadership and mentorship.

– A strong background in diplomacy and international relations is an advantage.

– Proven ability to develop and implement strategic programs with measurable impact.

– Exceptional integrity, selflessness, and dedication to the cause of developing future leaders in Africa.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on achieving long-term goals.

– Strong and proven enterprenuership skills, able to work in a start up enviroment.
