Opportunity for Shift Incharge, PET Preforms Production (Plastic Division)
In Dar es Salaam .
Company : Leading Plastic Manufacturing Company in Tanzania
Location : Dar es Salaam ( Tanzania)
Education : PD-PT (Post Diploma In Plastics technology) (CIPET).
Work Experience : 5-10 Years of experience in a PET Plant. Handling production & maintenance as shift Engineer/Incharge.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for production planning & execution, maintenance of the PET Plant, Utility & auxiliaries. Interact with staff & Internal resources to train and develop better work ethics & team management. Analyze quality control & correct flaws.
Work with other team members & review existing validation reports.
Utilize latest manufacturing practices & tools to improve the overall plant performance, Inventory control & overall quality improvement.
