Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant located in Dar es-Salaam. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for overseeing projects, handling client interactions, conducting research and analysis, developing strategic recommendations, and presenting findings to stakeholders. In particular, the candidate will have responsibility for:

• Search business opportunities including engaging potential clients
• Prepare winning consultancy proposals
• Facilitate discussions with clients to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements.
• Perform market research and gathering business intelligence
• Participate in undertaking various relevant consultancy engagement
• Consolidate findings and present solutions to the clients.

Qualifications

• Project management, strategic planning, and client management skills
• Experience in conducting research, data analysis, and developing recommendations
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of management consulting, accounting, tax, AI, or cyber-security
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, technology or related field
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swahili is a plus
