Overview

Reporting to Security Manager, security analyst will be responsible to ensure the physical security of our towers is maintained at high levels through supporting our partners in terms of Data analysis, skills, knowledge, and Solutions.

Role Responsibilities

As a Security Analyst, you will be able to:

Operational Delivery

  • Carrying out Security Risk Assessments.
  • Maintaining security solutions for towers, office buildings & Provide advice on Warehouse Security.
  • Managing the reconciliation process with the security partners for timely payment of invoices.
  • Ensuring security partners comply with contracts through short-term & long-term plans.
  • Ensuring HTT and hired security partners are compliant with HT’s security policy.
  • Implementing and managing zonal security KPIs.
  • Managing and reviewing the performance of each Security partner and preparing improvement plans.
  • Managing the security database of sites and update every week. (Insurance, Incidents, Technology details, Risk profiling, number of guards etc.)
  • Daily security Incident tracking
  • Random verification of security guards’ timely payments through monthly security partners salary payment reports.
  • Undertaking tasks and assignments assigned by the line Manager.
  • Timely reporting of Workplace Violence incidents and support investigations.
  • Support implementation of HSE initiatives to safeguard Security Guards.
  • Track and oversee implementation of HSE training to security partners.
  • Align with HT security strategies.
  • Verifying and ensure working tools of partners are in good order.
  • Providing training support to staff and partners.

 

Requirements for the Role

To succeed in the role, you will be/will have:

  • Educated to degree level preferably in law, statistics and accountancy is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience, in security, Investigation or fraud risk Mgt in telecom, police or military arena is added advantage
