Responsibilities
- Manage overall administrative operations, including budgeting and facilities management.
- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures to meet educational standards.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to address concerns.
- Handle student enrollment, admissions, and maintain student records.
- Organize the school calendar, class schedules, and extracurricular activities.
- Address disciplinary matters and promote a respectful school culture.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor and manage the school budget, preparing financial reports.
- Stay updated with educational trends and policies for continuous improvement.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to prospective students and parents.
- Build positive relationships with the community and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in school administration or a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
