  • Handle student enrollment, admissions, and maintain student records.
  • Organize the school calendar, class schedules, and extracurricular activities.
  • Address disciplinary matters and promote a respectful school culture.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Collaborate with vendors for procurement of materials and services.
  • Monitor and manage the school budget, preparing financial reports.
  • Stay updated with educational trends and policies for continuous improvement.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to prospective students and parents.
  • Build positive relationships with the community and stakeholders.


  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in school administration or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
