Role Description
We are seeking a Marine Sales Engineer to join our team in Mwanza, Tanzania. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves providing technical support and selling products to clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing products and solutions to meet customer needs and resolve issues related to products or services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the marine industry
- Good knowledge of marine engines, propulsion systems, and auxiliary machinery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Experience in analyzing technical requirements and developing solutions to meet customer needs
- Ability to travel and work independently with minimum supervision
