Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales and business development efforts by identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads, and setting up appointments or demos for our sales team. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic industry while contributing to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Qualify leads through phone calls, email outreach, and research, ensuring they meet our criteria.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Continuously refine and improve sales prospecting and outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and technology solutions is a plus.
