Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Revenue Officer at GOLD CREST HOTEL located in Arusha. As a Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maximizing the hotel’s revenue by developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales and occupancy. You will analyze market data and trends, monitor competitors’ pricing strategies, and collaborate with various departments to optimize pricing, inventory, and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountant or Finance.
  • 1- 2 years Prior experience in revenue management, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
