Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at Altezza Travel . The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards in the food and beverage department. They will also be responsible for communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service.

- Supervisory Skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
- Experience in managing staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
