Altezza Travel wishes to invite competent, qualified, experienced, and dedicated Tanzanians to fill in the job vacancies positions currently available in the company as follows;

Position Title: Reservation Agent

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Processing all types of reservations (hotels, lodges, air tickets, etc.) by email, telephone, or other means of communication;
2. Know reservation and other essential policies of the hotels, lodges, and other partners of the company;
3. Create and maintain reservation records;
4. Process cancellations and modifications to the bookings.
5. Process advance deposits and payments on reservations;
6. Make sure that all reservations are paid in a timely;
7. Inform the managers and financial officers of the company when the payments for the reservations become due;
8. Checking the invoices sent by the company’s partner lodges and hotels to make sure that proper rates are applied; ;
9. Solving clients’ problems during their stay in Tanzania;
10. Following manuals, instructions, and performance guidelines, which may be from time to time announced by the Company.
