Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to primary school students, following our progressive education principles. The primary school teacher will create engaging lesson plans, implement innovative teaching strategies, and assess student progress effectively. The candidate should be enthusiastic about working in a diverse and inclusive environment, promoting positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans in line with progressive education principles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support student learning and engagement.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student success and well-being.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Teaching certification/license from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience teaching primary school students, preferably in a progressive education setting.
- Strong understanding of progressive education principles and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
