Role Description
This is a 6 hrs/day and a paid internship role as an Operations Intern with Smartdarasa. The Operations Intern will assist with daily operations, including sales, project management, and operations management. The role is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania which will involve working with our team to ensure that Smartdarasa runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Project management and operations management skills
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Experience in operations, sales, or marketing
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or JIRA
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
