Airtel Tanzania PLC is looking for a suitable candidate for the MIS Executive Position. The MIS Executive will be responsible to manage sales lead generation, sales reports channel dimensioning and provide clear business sales KPIs visibility. This includes but not limited to Building an end-to-end sales channels reporting visibility, intelligence capability, learning market behavior and proposes appropriate measures based on behavior trend.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage daily channel sales reporting.
- Cooperate with channels to ensure channels Masterfile are updated and accurately mapped for accurate reporting and commission payment process.
- Manage all sales leads footprints performance, report and make follow up for sales closure.
- Provide timely and accurate periodic and ad-hoc reports to the marketing team to address competition activities and customers insights.
- Provide capillarity and productivity Intelligence across each channel planning and execution stage.
- Ensure department and channel process compliance.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications and Experience.
- A bachelor’s degree Business majoring in Information Technology, Computer science
- 1 years’ experience in Business Analysis from Telecoms
- Have strong knowledge and experience in working with SQL, Oracle database and QL.
- Demonstrated sales and customer service capabilities, including consultative sales and sales management experience.
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization
- Proficient in English and Swahili
