To develop, lead, manage and maintain a high-performance team of WealthInsure Managers that is significant, relevant, profitable and compliant with FAIS regulations while providing professional insurance services to affluent customers. Source and secure new individual Short-term Insurance customers while adhering to all underwriting and business rules as well as all applicable regulatory requirements in order to maximise sales opportunities and profitability for Standard Insurance Limited.

Field of Study: Business Commerce
The role requires a minimum of 4 years claims experience in a short-term insurance role. People management experience is critical.
The role requires an incumbent with at least 8 years practical working experience in personal short-term insurance either as a Servicing / Sales Agent, Broker or Underwriter. Sound knowledge of and experience in personal insurance offerings, procedures and products. The role requires an incumbent with a deep specialist understanding of FAIS and FICA legislation in order to provide subject matter expertise to the team of Insurance Managers and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
