Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – IVD Products
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Base Dar es Salaam, Tanzania -Travel Involved
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate (male / Female) will be responsible for selling our In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products to medical laboratories and other healthcare providers. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the sales of IVD products, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with medical laboratories and other healthcare providers
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide technical support and product training to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Lab application, Medical practitioner )
- At least 5 years of experience in the sales of IVD products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as required
