Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure including but not limited to computer networks, cybersecurity, software and hardware management, data management, and website administration. The IT Manager will also manage IT staff such as developers and support technicians and collaborate with other departments to ensure the company’s technology is meeting their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Technical expertise in computer networks, cybersecurity, software and hardware management, data management, website administration
• Ability to track and manage budgets for IT projects and equipment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation of IT projects
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is a plus
• Professional certification such as CISSP, CCNA, and PMP are beneficial
