Human Resource Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
• 2-3 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management.
• Experience managing workplace conflict, disciplinary processes, and investigations.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of KPIS.
• Strong organization, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of local legislation and labor laws.
