Job Description:

DP Promotions Limited, a leading marketing and advertising agency in Dar Es Salaam, is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Senior Graphics Designer to join our creative team. As an Assistant Senior Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior graphics designer and the creative team to develop innovative and impactful design concepts.
• Create high-quality designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and meet the client’s requirements.
• Utilize Adobe software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and 3D concept and animation software to create visually appealing and dynamic designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the projects.
• Assist in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality work.
• Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Work closely with the printing team to ensure the successful execution of designs on large format printers.
• Maintain a portfolio of your work, showcasing your skills and creativity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a graphics designer in the Printing Industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D concept and animation software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to translate client’s requirements and brand guidelines into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of large format printers operations will be considered an added advantage.
• Must be between 25 and 45 years old and based in Tanzania.
• Must have TIN and NIDA ID card.
