Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer with a strong background in web design and expertise in Flutter UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual aesthetics, a solid understanding of user-centered design.

Responsibilities
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to translate concepts into compelling and effective visual designs.
● Design and develop engaging user interfaces for websites and web applications that align with branding guidelines and enhance user experience.
● Create visually striking and intuitive UI designs for mobile applications using Flutter framework.
● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
● Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to continually improve the user experience.
● Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web and mobile design.
● Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary assets and guidance.
● Maintain design consistency and quality throughout projects and ensure adherence to brand standards.
● Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer science related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
● Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with UI/UX prototyping tools.
● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in web and mobile design.
● Experience in creating responsive web designs that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.
● Proficiency in Flutter UI/UX design, with the ability to create pixel-perfect and interactive mobile app interfaces.
● Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
● Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects silmuteneously
