Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning our human resources strategy with business objectives, providing strategic and operational HR support to various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing HR guidance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide expertise in organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in HR, with at least [Y] years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
