Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Dar-es-Salaam Tanzania

Job Description:

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in the success of our company, overseeing financial reporting and analysis for our real estate development and management business. Key responsibilities include:

 Daily posting and reconciliation of accounting records

 Ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements including filing of all necessary returns

 Monitoring cash flow and managing working capital

 Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

 Managing relationships with external auditors and advisors

 Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

 Participating in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or CPA, ACCA, or similar certification

 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting

 Experience with accounting software (preferably Xero, Zoho or Quickbooks)

 Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Skills:

 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

 Analytical and problem-solving skills

 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

 Excellent organizational and time management skills
