The Hotel Manager ensures quality standards throughout the hotel and provides an excellent experience for the guests. Other responsibilities include overseeing rooms, food and beverage, reception and the watersport center. Hotel Manager should have people management skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to execute and follow through on projects.

Responsibilities
 Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service.
 Plan and direct the hotel main operations.
 Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
 Work alongside all head of departments to ensure the smooth running of the day-to- day operations.
 Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments.
 Monitor the hotel functions book and familiarize with all updates and amendments.
 Ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of employees, guests and any other persons on the Hotel premises.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality management/business administration or related field.
 Minimum three (3+) years of experience in hotel management or related role.
