Your mission is to further optimize an online academy that is fun to use and enables our employees to acquire all knowledge through self-study. Are you an expert in creating attractive content? Do you have experience launching and improving a learning experience system, from evaluating learning needs to final implementation? Our client, a global player in infrastructure maintenance, offers an exciting opportunity as an Education & eLearning Specialist.
Your tasks
- Evaluate training needs, define learning objectives and further improve a curriculum
- Design a learning experience concept tailored to specific use cases
- Create and update learning content such as videos, illustrations and text in collaboration with our domain experts
- Build an interactive, modular learning experience system
- Continuously revise and refine online training content
- Administer the online learning platform and support users
- Keeping abreast of emerging trends and developments in relevant field of study and regularly updating your knowledge thereon
Your skills
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth experience with Learning Management and Learning Experience Systems
- Experience in evaluating learning needs, deriving learning concepts and general curriculum development
- Proven record in creating interactive content that fits together modularly into a big whole
- Ability to turn complex topics into bite-sized, and easy-to-digest content
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Independent working style and willingness to take end-to-end responsibility
- Experience in fast paced service industry is a plus
- Experience in editing various media formats is a plus
