Any stream graduate with aviation’s training especially ramp safty&security and aviation security if AVSEC -STP123 that will count extra mileage.

Work experience:

Minimum work experience same industry with 5 years and above.

Qualifications

Catering Management:

·         Manage catering for all legs of assigned flights, focusing on quality control.

·         Determine appropriate catering options for each leg of the trip, select SPML knowledge, and coordinate and approve catering purchases (ordering level) pre-flight.

Team Supervision and Support:

·         Directly supervise and manage the in-flight operations team.

·         Provide ready support and guidance to the team when questions or uncertainty arise (eg last minute order).

  • Analyze, evaluate, and improve the general operation and productivity of the in-flight team.
  • Preparation and making dispatch note and count the airlines order matrix.
  • Inventory knowledge
  • Knowledge of loading matrix.
  • Good communications skills and fluent in English.
  • Time Management.

  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance across all areas of in-flight operations, including regulatory and policy compliance.

Liaise with other departments (Ground Handling, Ramp, etc.) regarding problems that may affect overall station performance (e.g., aircraft delays)
