Cartrack

Technical

  • Installation of Cartrack units to the quality standards imposed.
  • Diagnose and repair problems that have occurred after installation.
  • Taking relevant photos needed for fitment.
  • Download fitment photos to complete the fitment process.
  • Correct completion of vehicle inspection sheets pre and post-installation.
  • Report any problems and/or anomalies through the correct channels as soon as possible.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product range & technical standards for installations.
  • Achieving a set target minimum of 4 fitments per day.

Customer service

  • Client satisfaction, taking the utmost care of all client’s vehicles
  • To be polite and professional to the client always
  • Schedule adherence: on time for appointments and meetings
  • Handover of client packs if and when required
  • Report any problems and/or customer care issues through the correct channels as soon as possible

General

  • Adhoc duties as required by the technician’s manager
  • looking after all company assets used and reporting any deficiencies to the relevant manager
  • Adherence to time and attendance requirements
  • Tidy and professional appearance always

Requirements

  • Diploma /Certificate in Automotive Engineering and be a fully qualified Motor vehicle Technician.
  • At least 2 years of RECENT post-qualification experience in a reputable motor dealership
  • Auto electrical qualification of Diagnostic status.
  • Stable work history preferably working experience on Japanese and German brands
  • Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
