Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Lecturer in Tourism Management at Connect Space, located in Mwanza. As an Assistant Lecturer in Tourism Management, your responsibilities will include delivering lectures, conducting tutorials and seminars, preparing course materials, assessing student performance, and engaging in research and scholarly activities.

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree or higher in Tourism Management or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge and expertise in the field of Tourism Management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in teaching and/or research in the field of Tourism Management is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the academic community
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology
