Our Client is a leading Manufacturer and Marketer of local and International beverages in Tanzania with a regional and global footprint.

They are looking for ambitious and self-driven Sales Representatives to drive their business to the next level.

Your Role

Grow sales volume and value

Develop new routes to market

Maintain and service the trade channel

Execution Excellence in all activities

Ensure controls and compliance with local and global standards

Educational Qualifications

A business-related degree or equivalent

Competencies

Proven leadership performance track record

Analytical

Curious & collaborative

Experimental & willing to learn

Commercial acumen with strong selling skills

Planning and execution excellence

A valid driving licence

Expertise in driving a manual vehicle

Experience & Skills

2 years’ experience in analytics and at least 2 years in a field sales role

Strong attention to detail.
