The Role
Expert Chikitsa is the leading Medical Second Opinion platform and International Medical Tourism organization. Currently, we receive international patients from 28 countries. We have the largest network of hospitals in India (52), Turkey (21), the UAE (8), Germany (6), and African countries (114). Expert Chikitsa is well known in the international market for commitment, ethics, and innovative strategies.
Expert Chikitsa was established in 2015 by IIM Bangalore alumni.
Role: International Patient Care Manager
Responsibilities
1. Follow up patients for updates
2. Maintaining Excel Tracker sheets
3. Coordination between Doctor and Patients
4. Managing International Business Partners
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of patient coordinator and business development
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
